AN OFFICE TERRACE IN THE CENTER OF VALENCIA
A space without a soul but with a lot of desire to live is what we found on our first visit. A project with a social character that will improve the working environment of workers.
The transformation at the pavement level involved the installation of a first part of IPE wood and a second part of artificial grass, which made the terrace gain warmth. The perimeter is closed thanks to a large longitudinal planter, a bench in one of the corners that also contains vegetation, a large flowerpot and a light fence. Native vegetation is introduced with a simple and effective irrigation system.
To close the project, a custom structure is built, which provides an interesting view of the background, adding new textures and colors through the vegetation.
